Sarinah Java Kitchen in Amsterdam

This evening I purchased two take-a-way meals. Both were extremely salty, we simply could not eat it. I phoned immediately and was told to come back Once there, the owner became very defensive and rude. First he insisted that I already ate the food, then he insisted that something was wrong with my tastebuds, then he argued that the food i returned didnt look in the same condition as when bought it (unheated). Then he decided that he would replace ONE meal. None of his arguments were valid (or respectable!). 10 minutes of unpleasantness later he gave me two meals of significantly less value. A truly dreadful experience.
