Vorige maand met 4 personen gegeten. Was absoluut genieten. Het aspergemenu was voortreffelijk, goed op smaak en heerlijk verse smaken. Ook het wijnarrangement was goed.

WIj voelen ons altijd meteen thuis bij chefkok John en "zijn" gastvrouw Simone. Echt een toprestaurant in Noord Holland. Ze hebben dit jaar zelfs een Bieb Gourmand gekregen ofwel net geen Michelinster. Eten op een hoog niveau voor een normale prijs.
