We ordered food through Thuisbezorgd for the first time and consider it to be the biggest mistake we ever made. The delivery was already 1.5hrs late and the company did not have the courtesy to inform that they were late. When we tried to call them, they started shouting and saying that food will be delivered in another 15min which was never delivered. The person receiving the call was very rude and had no respect towards ladies as he said that the delivery could take 4hours and that it is not their problem.
