Klantgerichtheid staat hier hoog in het vaandel. Openingstijden, sserveertempo, sauzen en persoonlijke verzoeken, alles staat in teken van de wens van de (gehaaste treinreizende) klant.
Personeel kent hun vaste klanten en Is betrokken en spraakzaam. Producten zijn van goede kwaliteit. Broodjes worden vers gebakken en op verzoek vers belegd, frituur is standaard assortiment met kwaliteit (merk) producten voor een standaard, schappelijke, prijs.
