Surya in Hilversum

When we arrived, nobody had our reservation on the computer. The restaurant was fully booked. We were asked friendly to wait for some minutes, while one would try to find a solution.

Only 5-10 minutes later the 5 of us were seated at a lovely table near the window. We were treated very attentively, friendly like very dear guests. Food and drinks were of the highest quality. I will never forget the awesome gin-tonic with cucumber-slices and a sweetwood-stick. A big variety of vegan dishes - what a joy!
