Shabu Shabu in Rotterdam

Been here yesterday. And I must say that it was the most awful sushi experience I had in the Netherlands. And I have been to many. I hardly write a review but this is just really bad... really bad.

First of all, manager was very rude and arrogant at the beginning.

Once seated we got a tablet to order our drinks and food on. The wasabi was simply forgotten and we had to ask for it ourselves. One thing that was very ANNOYING and RUDE was that our soy sauce had been thinned with water. We don't mind if you thin the soy sauce but at least leave some taste in it. It tasted like water. Called for service TWICE on the tablet and nobody came. Then suddenly a guy came to serve the food we ordered on the tablet and we asked him for a new soy sauce, his answer was very blunt: "All our soy sauces are likes this"

Eventually we asked the neighbors for their soy sauce (since they were finished). It was thinned by water as well but had at least more taste in it and the color was also more brown.

When we decided to pay the bill the girl asked us if everything was as desired and we told her what happened and all she could say was "oh okay".

All I want to say is: If you love sushi, then this is a place you should avoid.
