Geisha in Amsterdam

The food was very good, however, the service was so bad, that we waited 20+ minutes to get a menu, another 20 minutes to get a drink, another 20 minutes to order. This is with a reservation. When our food finally came, it was fantastic (wagyu beef potstickers, iberico pork dumplings, soft shell crab maki with mango, lobster-tuna-salmon maki). The miso soup was below average, but nice and hot. the sashimi we ordered never came. Wine recommendation was spot on. We were there for 2.5 hours to eat this amount of food. In addition, décor was cosy but perhaps a little cheesy, depending on the room you entered. I am used to European service, but for the price, I expected more. Cheers Geisha! I'm not sure if I recommend you or not. Perhaps we were there simply on a server's rough night.
