    Abnormaal goed voor Nederlandse begrippen, het geld dubbel en dwars waard. Vlees eten leer je in Canada (hogeschool) en Argentinië (universiteit). Hier zijn ze gepromoveerd! Tot het niveau van San Luis (Los Robles), General Pico (Angél) en de Gauchos zelf op de Pampas. Geloof me we zijn ervaringsdeskundigen! Ook de bediening is volkomen in stijl.
