Duurde veel te lang (bijna een half uur) voordat ik werd geholpen, telefonische bestellingen gingen voor. Ook niet echt klantvriendelijk! Toen ik thuis kwam (woon ook in Maarssen) was het al koud! Is toch niet normaal..
