Sahlan Restaurant in Rotterdam

Sahlan is one of my favorite restaurants! Fantastic food: always super fresh, everything made with obvious care, the flavoring is superb, and the presentation lovely. The atmosphere both has an exotic flair and is warm, friendly, and welcoming. The people - the owner, his wife, and the others who work there - are warm and gracious. The owner is also the main chef, and his desire to create a wonderful experience for his guests is obvious. The prices are also very reasonable.

All in all: fantastic place to go!
