    Al jaren kwaliteit. Kookt op het randje en daar moet je lef voor hebben!

    Non conformistisch. Je proeft hier een oud-patissier en dat zijn vaak de beste chefs. Gaat gewoon zijn eigen gang en trekt zich niets aan van wat 'men zegt' of ' men vindt'.
