Subliem in Haarlem

Good food and large portions so definitly something I would have wanted to come back too if it wasn't for the cheeky owner!

Its not ok to tell your guests that the portions are too small to fill you up and planned to be eaten as a full 3 course to make you go for the whole menu (28,50) and then arrive with portions well large enough to skip the starter we didn't really want!

Not a way to make money when good food and service should achieve this and it made us leave the resturant feeling slightly cheated rather than satisfied.. :/
