    De Poortwachter is op Belgische leest geschoeid en gehuisvest in een prachtig monumentaal pand in centrum Culemborg. Voor een Belgische tapperij had de bierlijst spannender gekund. Het eten is alleszins acceptabel. De service niet. Als je pontificaal uitgedraagt geen kraanwater te schenken heb je werkelijk niets van gastvrijheid begrepen.
