Crostino Gelateria & Café in Haarlem

Lekker ijs, heerlijke koffie maar ook de bonbons zijn een aanrader. Je kan ook hier terecht voor lunch. Dat heb ik nog niet gedaan, maar heb wel wat verschillende broodjes voorbij zien komen en zagen er goed uit. Volgende keer zeker een keer lunchen!

I have eaten here several times for lunch in the past on my way to an afternoon movie.

However today we went for a quick lunch as we are view several films for the Pathe Pac Film Festival.

We arrived early. But the staff totally ignored us at our table. The server even walked past us three times. And twice we requested assistance and was totally ignored. After 15 minutes we left as we had a short time. When I complained to the person working on the coffee bar. She had the attitude as she could care less about any issues.

Emailed and got a standard reply sorry we were swamped with the film festival. But that does not explain the deliberate brush off and being ignored for other mostly female patrons. Or a family ordering coffee only.

Just totally changed my opinion.
