    Als zakelijke (wereld)reiziger word ik doorlopend in verschillende landen in toprestaurants getrakteerd. Tom Beckers van Calva is echter een klasse apart. Puur en subtiel, toch iedere keer spannend en verrassend. Trots dat mijn dorpje zo een toptalent mag hebben! Nic Jooste
